New Shades

We use the Phifertex Plus double weave Polyester with PVC coating, all of our shade fabrics block 90% UV and sun. This is a heavier and higher quality fabric than most other shade companies use, we also bind all of our shades with Sunbrella exterior bias binding, not cheap vinyl. (big difference in cost) Each pocket is hand cut and matched to the weave of the shade and is reinforced with D69 Bonded Nylon marine grade thread. Each pocket has 4 layers of fabric. Including the magnets that is 22 separate components to make one class C windshield shade. Where a simple snap shade has only 3 components.
