Thank you for your response.  The hubcaps haven't really been routinely taken off but were taken off when the tires were rotated.  It looks like the top of the thing is wearing down a bit.  Appreciate your response.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with their hubcaps coming loose and falling off.  We lost one of ours a couple of years ago on a freeway.  Luckily, no one was hurt when it flew across the traffic.  We ordered a new one from the factory as a replacement.  All was fine for a while and my husband checks them at every stop to make sure they are on tight.  Just recently, he noticed that one was able to just come off easily with his fingers.  They are pretty and we like them but don't want to lose another one.  Any suggestions of what to do other than replace the wheels which would be expensive.

Thanks for any suggestions,
Margie

That looks perfect for your beds.  Just wanted to share what we did with our 2350's larger bed.  We went to a carpet store and bought a remnant of  some very inexpensive low or practically no pile carpet and cut it to fit underneath the bed and we also lined some of the cupboards with it.  It is similar to an indoor/outdoor carpet.  It was easily cut to fit wherever we needed it.   That idea might help some of you.

Hi Carol and Judi,

I just replied to the link that was in my e-mail and nothing else.  Good grief, I have no idea how it got to you Judi.  Carol, if you want to send me your e-mail address, I will be more than happy to respond to you.  My e-mail address is:  marjoriez@comcast.net.

Thanks, Barry.  My husband will check out all of the suggestions this weekend.  Good to know from people who have been there and done that.

Thanks for posting, Greg.  Just more confirmation that Walmart must be the place to go.  I appreciate your input.

We would also like to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving.  It is a gorgeous day here in San Jose, California.

Carol, I hope you got my response to your private message.  I wasn't sure if it worked or not.

Ron, thanks for your reply.  We appreciate it.  We looked around a little and there is such a huge difference in prices.  My husband does want to get something larger than the original ones.  Looks like we will be heading to Walmart soon.  You always have the answer and I appreciate it very much.

We have a 2010 2350 Sprinter PC.  The coach batteries are beginning to get a little weak.  Just wondering what brands of batteries you folks are replacing your old batteries with.  It is time to start shopping for new ones.

Thank you all for your information.  Ron, after seeing your post, we went to BB&B and got the basket and got it installed yesterday.  It will make a huge difference.

Interesting about the pullout pantry idea also.

Hi all.  It has been ages since I have been on the Forum and I am completely braindead as far as using it.  I recall that someone once upon a time mentioned replacing the cutting board with a drawer or pull out shelf.  I'm thinking that it was Judi but I can't for the life of me find that post.  We would like to replace the board in our 2350 with something as we aren't using the board.  Thanks for your help.

Thank you Jerry and Sue for your replies.  I am just now attempting to start getting a plan in place for Colorado and your comments will be very helpful.  My husband's father actually worked in the mines in Leadville and Silverton so we are anxious to see those towns.  His father came to this country from Italy, worked and went back to Italy where my husband and his siblings were all born.  His father passed away when my husband was only two years old so he is very interested in the history in those areas.  We have been through Colorado on a couple of trips east but never spent any time exploring.  Can't wait to get out there in our PC.  Thanks again for all of your suggestions.

We are thinking of exploring the State of Colorado in late summer, early fall.  We would especially like to travel through Silverton, Durango, Breckenridge areas.  Has anyone out there taken this trip with your PC?  Any ideas on good campsites or places to explore?  We will be traveling with our small dog.  My husband has relatives scattered throughout the state so we hope to do some visiting and just plain kicking back and seeing the sights.  Thank you for any suggestions>

Roni, we used a thin indoor/outdoor carpeting material underneath the mattress.  I also lined our shelves with it.  Works great. It was very inexpensive as we got a large remnant piece.

We did stay at the RV park in Sedona two years ago on our way home to CA from Elkhart.  Found it very nice.
