i crawled under PC while rain off & break in The Big Bang Theory and looked at my wire.  looks like two layers of plastic wire protector which covers a greenish wire splice disconnect-connect thingamabob.

what about using a solar trickle charger.  such as what some fisherfolk use on their fisherfolk boats and/or shore stations.  or what vw used to put in the cars, on the dash, during shipment.

About Smart Car..... I posed the tow question to Linda.  Her response was "...it depends on the transmission".  So, if you have a Smart Car, ask Mercedes I would think.  If you are to buy one, well,...again ask Mercedes.  Or check one of those tow guides some org puts out each year - it may be Trailer Life or Woodall's, etc.   Cheer Cheer

Judi,
We are home.   Seeing Devin in Pensacola was great.  The campground at Fort Pickings was very nice & the daily showers refreshing.  Natchez Trace a great drive & Amanda's sun shades very useful, especially in Vicksburg.  The Mississippi Creek has very wide beaches.

As Devin is the Forever & Always Grad Program, I'm quite sure we will be back to Fl in the future.  NOT IN THE SUMMER, please Grin Wink

When I go route of charging battery & testing with meter, I disconnect battery and test prior to charge. Then I check every so often or wait overnight and then check.  As I really don't know what I am  doing, I like disconnecting the battery so as to establish an isolation zone twixt thingies (& make notes as I am great at dismantling and not so good at mantling).

May the Force be with You

Much better!    LOL.   What are u riding?   When I started riding it was an AJ (I think), then a tiger cub, Honda shadow, the last was a vw converted into a 3 wheel trike. Built the trike from an old vw, even built my extended front forks. Oh well it was fun. Have a good day, billy
I was/am on a Piaggio mp3-400.  We took her to NH PC-IV get together last fall & that pic was taken near Mt Washington.
