Thanks Ron.

Fortunately, mine was OK.

I suspect the fuel economy was also a lot worse than if it was correct (ours got 10.6 MPG on the 600 mile trip home from Elkhart. Just about 0.3 less than the 2350).

Thanks Billy.

I like it and will probably buy it to replace the light next to the door.

If it works well, I'll consider installing another on the street side.

Billy,

No worries, Mate.

I've been watching this topic for a while and feel compelled to offer my thoughts, they being:
If I had this problem, I'd wire the lights in series with the door switch, like on older cars.
They would then be isolated from the timer and go out immediately upon shutting the door.

Billy,

I wanted the information relative to the brand of light.

Hi Billy.

Can you provide information regarding the light you installed?

Thanks.

Hi Dave.

The Irma Hotel also has pretty good food in addition to a somewhat 'Hokey" but fun gunfight.
BUT, not as good as the place across the street (Sheridan Ave.) I mentioned.

I really love that little town and if I had my druthers, I'd move there.

Safe travels and if you need anything, I'm just around the corner.

pyrthkr,

Of course you were. I, too, was at those very same Boy Scout Campouts.

When we returned from Yellowstone in our 2350 last year we used the East entrance and stopped in Cody, WY for a few days at the KOA (there's a shuttle to most of the major attractions and a bus to the Rodeo).
In addition to watching the Gunfight at the Irma Hotel and taking a Trolley tour, we went to the Rodeo (every night from June 1 through August 31) and Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Worth the ride is the Chief Joseph Highway to U. S. 212 and over Beartooth to Red Lodge, MT (& back to Cody).

Cody is a great little town, very patriotic and friendly (and the Wyoming Steak House had a truly wonderful steak).

I bought some replacement lug nuts from Wheelmasters a while back.
They are very accommodating and had surprisingly reasonable prices.

I suggest you "Google" them.

For what its worth, the term "Submarine Races", was originated by Murray Kaufman and Cousin Brucie in reference to the 'necking spots' (the Alpine Lookout mostly) on the Palisades Interstate Parkway overlooking the New Jersey section of the Hudson River. There were two such "observation" places, Alpine and Englewood.

After a while the PIP Police became pretty diligent and cruised the lookouts fairly regularly, wrecking them for all of us who were growing up in the area at the time.

But, as with all things, time has taken the toll of the PIP Police and the lookouts are no longer as safe as they once were.

None.
A 4mm socket on an extension works fine.
Ford made is easy.

Keep in mind the moving fridge flexes the wires and propane hose.
My Alpine had ther same thing and it did cause a few issues.
If I had my druthers, I'd have chosen the fixed fridge.

I'm also interested in info regarding the best way to lube the slide (a little Lithium grease on the metal to metal areas?).
My last rig had hydraulic cylinders that moved the slide so I can't draw from that.

Actually, I use both.
