Paul --
You are correct - you don't have the kant leak valve. I'm trying to remember - is there a check valve in the line, that is stuck? Can you pull a new line through the wall using the existing, ike replacing a wire? Just food for thought -- maybe Tom Hanlon or Ron have an idea.

Bill:

Just a suggestion on the grille - spray it with PAM - the bugs wash off easily, and you don't have to worry about impeding air flow.

This discussion could go on for years!!! Although the new PC is "MY" baby, DW wanted the old style sink because of the rounded edges (crud won't get lodged between sink & counter top) and stainless scratches, and the tight space in the stove.  We did have a red wine stain on the old sink, but son-in-law got it out!

Agree with Bob (ragood) on getting to it soon... on the leak with the slide in -- can you see if the slide is not seating all the way when retracted? If not, there is a procedure for resetting the slide - check the manual, but usually its a matter of running it in & out 3 times.  If you're still under warranty, I'd give Phoenix a call & get it fixed.

Since I've just ordered my 5th PC, I think I'll call this one "quits"!

I replaced one a few years ago, with the same (bought from Carol at PC - was less than any other source) and it really wasn't too bad.  As I recall, the main problem was separating the pipes to make the connections, but with a little grunting & groaning the job was completed.
I didn;t try to replace with another brand.

Hi "Two Hams"... No, sorry, that isn't (wasn't) ours - had 30 amp service with standard A/C, and the two chairs were the "Euro" type.  And, I gave Kermit (and Stuart at the time) so much grief over the air mattress they replaced it with a more serviceable one, and I think, have kept that style in the 2400s since. I traded it back to the factory for the 2350.
Enjoy your rig -- and many trips over many years, Hope to meet sometime,
Jack

Wandering a bit Ron - but yes - 5th Pheonix Cruiser in 8 years! First was the 2350 Ford (had been at the "dealer" for 3 yrs., in 2009), then traded for a 2552 in 2011 (registered 9 mpg on a good day- more like 7-8), traded in 2012 for a 2400 Sprinter (fought with the air mattress & sofa-bed, and other issues, then traded for a 2350 Sprinter that we cruised all over (my wife met you at Glacier NP) and traded for a 5th wheel - a mistake of sorts - and now have ordered a 2350 Sprinter - so, we're back!!! I looked at other smaller units like the PC, but (don't tell Kermit, Earl & Kyle) the workmanship and convenience features were not there....and, its good to be back. Now, if only July would get here...

Best,
Jack

In the "early" days, Phoenix did have dealers - I bought my first PC, a 2006 2350 in 2009 from a dealer in MD.  I'm not sure of the year, but I think 2011 that Kermit got smart and dropped the "dealer" network as such. I think they cab still buy units from the factory, but have no idea of pricing, etc.  For awhile Phoenix had "Sales Centers" in FL & PA, but I think those relationships have discontinued, and I, for one am very happy!!!

Ron - I replaced the macerator on my first 2350 5 years ago (I think), and it was a fairly easy job... also, it was cheaper from Phoenix than from Thetford.  Good luck
