I agree with you Jerry. We had a 27 foot trailer we took the couch out BUT kept it and when we sold the trailer we put the couch back. Each time we got a different rig I would say, "THIS IS IT"      rolling on the floor   Ya sure.

While I agree that RV sofas are often not the most comfortable seats in the world, there is one thing you might want to consider.  I've seen 2551s with dinettes instead of sofas and with two large arm chairs with hassocks in place of the sofa for sale on the internet, and neither configuration ever seems to sell as quickly for as good a price as the sofa model.  Some people may definitely prefer the chairs or dinette, but as is often the case with any customization. it may affect the resale value.  If you changed the sofa out, you might want to keep it in the garage in case you sell your unit in the future.

Jerry

Where on the internet do you find these things, billy

Imichael, We're at the Avi casino, about 5-6 miles north of Needles going to movies. They have an 8 plex and Sharon is getten her fix. That's alright about the "bitter" 57 degrees, it,s about 50-55 here but do have some winds. About the last 45 miles to the casino on Hiwy 40 the wind was soooooo bad I could see my gas gauge going down, " before my very eyes" scarrrrrry. About that time I was thinking how nice it would be to have a smaller, more aerodynamic rig. Take care we're off to another movie. billy

Sorry to be such a pain in the a__! But the only Cruiser we probably see is Bobs 2551 in Quartzsite. The reason for so many question are the articles in different magazines post on the Cruisers home page. (In the press) I realize most of the things I read have probably been addressed. But here goes, the questions are,

Uneven furnace heat they needed adjustable registers.

1800-Watt inverter had DVD hum.

No light under cabinet sink.

The 2552 at Phoenix in stock has no duel pain windows, are the worth adding or just in the bedroom or?

Shades between driver and living area were hard to close and stiff.

The mirror at the stove, what do yall think? Would it be worth taking out?

Thank you all for your patience, I appreciate all your input, billy

Our drains work good, no problem. What I am asking is there any water left in the sink? The drain hole in our kitchen is just a tad hight then the bottom of the sink. billy

Ron, I can agree with you 100%. I've work as a mechanic for years and very seldom see anyone beef up the suspension.

Image this, a square piece of jello on a plate, move the plate and watch the jello. Wiggles back and forth, my coach does this How about the Cruiser?

You've probably figured by now I can be pesky!!!!!! Been on other forums and finding much info. Gotta say this has been the best yet. How do the sinks drain. Have seen some that the drain is a tad bit higher then the sink. What kind of material and do y'all like them? Are the faucets of good quality?   billy

Is there access to the back of the TV? From the TV to dish receiver/DVD player?
