A while ago before our trip I noticed GradyGal had posted a picture of their rig by a lake.  It looked so nice asked Judi about it and she said it was taken in Acworth Georgia at the Clark Creek North Campground (Army Corps)

Well, we plugged that in as our midpoint destination going north from the Orlando area to Nashville.  VERY nice campground right on Lake Allatoona.  We stayed in site #14, which was very private, very large, very well constructed, lots of grassy area and trees all around.  This site is by itself on a peninsula with a little path down to the lake.  While it was a weekend and there were a lot of boats and jetskis, the area near this site is a no wake zone, so there wasn't much noise and it was fun watching all the boaters.  We spent two nights here and could have happily spent a week.

Thanks for the info, Judi!
