I would wait until the factory gets back from vacation on Monday and call Carol. Or you could try Camping World for parts.

I requested the same thing.  We tried calling the factory.  They never got back to us as to whether they had any old ones left.  The manufacturer wants about $50 plus shipping to send a pair!

Last year Carol at PC ordered and shipped a pair of awning wall/leg brackets to me.  I can't find the receipt at the moment but if my memory is correct they were about $40 including s/h.  Prior to that she had acquired another part for me that was missing on the right side of the awning.  I sent her a picture of the left side part and she determined what I needed and shipped it to me.  PC has always gone above and beyond helping me with any request.

Maybe I should call her again.  It's been several weeks now and no call back.  That's great to hear.

Went to Fiamma in Orlando and bought some, $39 for a pair.  Shame since a pair came with every awning originally.

Looks like you saved $11 over ordering from the manufacture.  2o2

Make sure you mount them at the floor line using 1" screws into the floor.

I mounted my brackets just below the floor line using all stainless steel hardware with nylon lock nuts and washers on the backside.  It's been working great-to-date.

One thing I did which is a good/bad thing.  I mounted the brackets spread apart farther at the bottom than straight down from the awning.....like spreading your legs for improved side-to-side stability.  The issue is that they don't just drop into the brackets because of the slight angle of approach.  A moderate push and they are locked in tight.  If someone tries to help, they don't have the touch to hook in or out.  Like I say a good/bad thing.  If I had it over, I would still spread them, but not as far.

For those who don't know, these are nylon lock nuts.

While at the manufacturer, we asked about spreading them.  They recommend placing them straight underneath.  I like the stainless idea.
