I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the Norcold fridge. Our 2007 model works great, surprisingly effective & efficient working on propane as well as 110V, and it meets the needs for the two of us perfectly. I wonder why you are so disappointed to replace it with a standard 110V fridge. Do you need more interior volume to hold more? Or is yours not working right? I could see it falling short for a big weekend party with family and such. But then I'd supplement with a nice size cooler for those occasions. If I remember right, some 2008s on up have a built-in cooler. The slide-out storage bin has a drain hole to let out the melted ice.Regardless....Good luck with your project. I would be curious to read what you learned.
Do you with 12V use it much? I wondered if I missed out on something.
I don't seem to burn that much LP most of the year. It seems like The furnace eats more LP in one night than the refer does all summer.
