We occasionally use wireless headphones while watching TV in our PC.  We usually get our TV reception with the DirecTV antenna mounted on the roof.  The headphone unit was always connected to the audio out jacks in the cabinet to the right of the TV.

Recently the DirecTV antenna could not receive the satellite signal because we were parked in an RV Park site that was covered by trees.  We then connected to the RV Parks cable TV system.  At that point the wireless headphones could not provide the audio.

A call to Doug at the PC factory confirmed that the audio jacks set up in our rig would not provide audio to the headphones while connected to cable TV.  Doug suggested we attempt to connect an audio cable to an audio out jack on the rear of our 32 Samsung TV.

Today we removed the six 3 wood screws that hold the TV to the wall in order to reach to the back of the TV and insert an audio cable in an available audio out jack.  We ran the cable through the cabinet opening along with the existing cables and connected the wireless headphone set.  Success!

Here is a description of the audio cable that we used:
Audio cable stereo 3.5mm to 2 RCA (phono plug) male 1.5M / 4.9ft analogue cable

Here is a link to an ebay description of the cable:

Below is a photo of the inside of the cabinet on the right side of the TV.  You might be able to see the three screws that were removed to release the TV.  Three identical screws are located in the cabinet on the left side of the TV.

Nice info and pictures.
On a slightly related note, would you happen to know if it possible to get the surround sound to work for the TV if one does not have the DVD player?  I know the speakers over the bed work, since the auto's radio will play back there, but the TV sound only comes out from the TV speakers up front.  I looked at the sticky on the Samsung TV and looked at the literature PC includes, and can't find any clues, at least none that I understand.
Thanks!

We did not have the DVD player install and found the sound from the TV to be a little tinny so we added a sound bar above the entry door.  It is not surround sound but it adds good volume and depth of sound.
