Easy breakfast

A friend's aunt had e-mailed her this idea, so while camping this week she had us all help in making the next morning's joint breakfast.
Have everyone write their name on a quart-size Ziploc freezer bag
with permanent marker.
Crack 2 eggs, large or extra-large, into the bag (not more than 2)
shake to combine them.
Put out a variety of ingredients such as: cheeses, ham, onion, green
pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc. The next time we all chipped in and brought 1 or 2 ingredients and our own eggs.
Each guest adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag.
Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up.
Place the bags into a pot of rolling, boiling water for 13 to 15 minutes
Your pot size will be determined by the number of bags to boil.
Open the bags or cut the zipped top off and the omelet will roll out easily.
Nice to serve with fresh fruit and toast. Imagine having these ready the night before and in the morning in just 15 minutes you've got omelets made to fit everyone's individual taste buds.

That's a great idea! I'm going to use it next weekend when I have a house full of teenagers here in addition to my own small army I have to feed on a regular morning! Thanks. :-)
