I have gone back to using the old 3" hose as it seems faster and a whole lot quieter than that blankly blank pump. Besides I can leave the gray water valve open while taking showers and don't have to worry about filling the tank. The sani-con never seems to drain the gray correctly. I know I will get a lot of heat about this but it is just my way.
Ron that is a nice looking vet you have there. Two questions about your picture. One did you paint the doors to match the vet or buy the vet to match the doors?. Two is what is that black wire looking thing on the side of your house?David, I use the Rhino hose kit, which comes with end caps that seal the stink in the hose. I moved the bungee cords in the truck about two inches forward at the bottom. I can now lay the Rhino hose on the floor of the trunk. Works for me. I have not been able to find a good place to mount a hose holder under the motorhome like I did on my previous motorhomes.
Thanks all for your replies. When traveling with more than two people the tanks fill that much faster. Leaving the hose on and the gray open makes life easier. I just have to find a better place to store the hose. A good winter project I suppose.David.
