We want to tell everyone about the wonderful customer service we have experienced at the Phoenix factory in Elkhart.  We are on a 3 month trip around the country.  During our trip we had some problems with our awning and refrigerator door.  Twice we had to call the factory.  Both times, we were told to bring it to them for repairs.  Both times the workers there seemed to drop what they were doing and went right to work on our 2008 Phoenix Cruiser 2400, and the repairs were completed within the short time they estimated.  Our Cruiser is out of warranty, but Kermit told us there would be no charge.  This is truly a company that cares about their customers.

Many of us have similar stories.  It is obvious, Kermit cares about the people who put their trust in and invested in his products.  You would never get that kind of care from a stock owned company.

I didn't realize how good of a decision we made in purchasing our 2007 2350, until after we brought it home.
