2552 bathroom vent
« on: January 07, 2012, 08:17:48 am »
When we looked at the 2552 at the Hershey show the bathroom vent was mounted just behind the door to the bedroom, in the center of the bath. We ordered our 2552 without the vent in the bedroom, just the vents in the bathroom and the living room, both with Fantastic fans. When we picked the new 2552 up last November, they had put the bathroom vent back almost over the toilet. On the roof it is very close to the ladder, so close that the Maxxair II vent cover is about an inch away from the ladder. Also the black water vent is in between the ladder. This morning looking down on the the motorhome, I can see where the frost is showing all the ribs. There is clearly a spot for a vent about two feet behind the A/C. I don't know if that should have been for the bedroom vent or the bathroom vent.

My questions are to those of you who have the rear bathroom. Please state when you got your PC.
Where is the bathroom vent mounted?
Where does the black water vent come up through the roof?

This is not a big deal, just want to know.  ;)

Tom

Our 2551 is a 2012 model and was delivered in October 2011. The bathroom vent is located over the toilet and the black vent is located close to the rear end cap and about 8-10 inches away from the the bath vent toward curb side of the coach.

Hope this helps

Bought our 2552 in November & picked it up Jan 4th.  Vents/caps are the same as Barry's.
