A big shoutout to Carol and the Phoenix Cruiser Team. We had a main door latch failure Sunday evening while staying at the Hilton Head Motorcoach Resort.  Called Carol first thing Monday morning and she expedited a replacement lock assembly.  Phoenix Cruisers customers service is second to none.  Since buying the coach in March of 2018 I have experienced nothing but excellent, top of the line service and support, a rare commodity in todayís world.

There are several threads on the forum regarding latch failures.  A word of caution, when this failure occurred we were outside with the cab doors locked. When the latch failed ( pot metal internal push pull rod) I, it locked us out even though the latch was unlocked prior to the failure. Fortunately my wife had her Ford cab key and we we able to get in the coach and dismantle the lock from the inside.  I have since hidden a spare cab key on the outside

General Discussion / Fantastic Service
« on: June 24, 2019, 02:56:51 pm »
Last Thursday in Pennsylvania my automatic step motor failed.  I called Keith and and set up an appointment for 0900 today.  I arrived at 0900 and was out the door by 1000.  Doug and his team also fixed one of the over-bunk, long LED lights, changed the generator oil and replaced a couple of cabinet hinges due to missing bottom hinge pins.  I'm always impressed with their quality of workmanship and the excellent aftermarket service.  Atta Boy Phoenix!!!!!!

General Discussion / Progressive Industries EMS HW50
« on: July 04, 2018, 10:34:43 am »
I've been on the Alaska HWY for the last week or so - During this time I've seem daily, multiple power errors. The errors range from high or low frequency and/or high or low voltage. The PI EMS RW50 has performed as advertised, shutting down the power until the error clears.  Most of the campgrounds with power are off the grid and operate on generators.  Really glad I have the system.  I am also carrying a Hughes Autoformer, which I had to use numerous times in southern Canada campgrounds during an unusual 2 week heatwave.  With everyone running AC (in an area where AC is rarely used) park power in most campgrounds, was stressed and very low voltage was the norm.

General Discussion / 2552 Delvery Today
« on: April 17, 2018, 06:39:15 am »
Today we are taking delivery of our 2552, one day later than planned because PCís careful inspection found a scratch on the driverís window last Thursday. New window was installed Friday and tinted yesterday.  Itís clear from yesterdayís visit that the staff is working hard to meet customer needs and wants.  Iíd advise patience with response time from the small staff of front office folks. We were told yesterday that Earl is coming in today to do our walkthrough. More info tonight.

General Discussion / Dimensions of the trunk storage area
« on: October 20, 2017, 04:24:42 pm »
We Just ordered a 2552 last week and we are busy thinking about storage.  I took lots of measurements while we were at the factory but I failed to get the internal trunk storage measurements. Can someone provide trunk storage inside dimensions, with the spare tire option? Thanks
